Volunteer

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization! We are looking for dedicated individuals to take pets to off-site adoption events, in for regular vet visits, check-ups, and vaccines, as well as help with cleaning, feeding, and pet photography.

Step 1: Fill Out & Submit Volunteer Application

Please fill out and submit our volunteer application to start the process! Fill out the waiver and application online at our website HERE!

Need a printed version instead? Click the link HERE for a printable .PDF of our volunteer application. Once filled out, please scan it and email it to innocentangelssanctuary@gmail.com.

Step 2: Sign Up for Virtual Orientation

Our virtual volunteer orientations will help prepare you for your volunteer shifts, as well as working with animals - even your own pets! We will go over animal handling techniques, animal behavior, and what each volunteer position entails so you can find the perfect fit for your time, schedule, and interests!

Step 3: Select a Date & Time to Volunteer

Contact our shelter to set up a time to volunteer. Depending on your schedule and interests, this may entail animal transport, pet grooming and bathing, animal photography, shelter feeding and cleaning, and more.

Step 4: Attend Your Volunteer Shift - Thank You for Your Time!

Once you have set up your time to volunteer, make sure to attend your shift. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please call us to let us know, as we rely on our volunteers throughout the day. Thank you for volunteering your time! The animals - and our staff and fellow volunteers - appreciate you!
